  2. Approval of the Annual Report and the Audited Statement of Accounts
  3. Draft committe's recommendation presented to the General Body
  4. Election of a Trustee and Election Committee
  5. Formal Statement as to the change of administration and the Inaguration of the new President and Executive Committee
  6. Appointment of an Auditor and an alternate Auditor
  7. Any other matter brought forward with prior notice
  8. Outgoing president to give to the new president, trustees, and comptroller the complete list of assets.
